Bi-curious is the fun phase when you’re not quite ready to come out as bisexual yet — meaning you’re attrached to one or more genders — but you’re pretty sure you’re not 100% straight and you’re ready to explore! You’re the Magellan of p*ssy rn.
Bi-curious is when you’re “exploring” bisexuality for the first time. You’re the Magellan of p*ssy rn.
The exact origins of the word are unknown, although it’s thought to have first been used in the mid 80s, early 90s, which fully checks out. Sex and the City famously made an episode around bi-curixosity, where Carrie makes out with Alanis Morissette in a game of spin the bottle—peak 90s bisexuality. According to Merriam-Webster, “bi-curious” means “curious about exploring or experimenting with bisexuality.” This is essentially one long experiment that ends with you getting laid!
Téléchargez HER“Bi-curious” doesn’t necessarily have to end with someone coming out as bisexual, and often people who consider themselves straight participate in “bi-curious” behavior. But it is a really great way to get to know yourself, your sexuality, and your body better. Honestly, we feel like everybody is a little bit “bi-curious” nowadays, so this word is becoming less and less relevant.
Go off, explore! Get as curious as Ms. Frizzle out there. Bi-curiosity in this case did not kill the cat.
